4. Do you accept returns?

Lingerie: Due to the intimate nature of lingerie, all lingerie sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted.

Totes & Accessories: Tote bags and other non-intimate items may be returned within 7 business days if unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within the same day of delivery at contact@rootedenough.com We’ll arrange a replacement or store credit.
